Anti-AD4BP antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The AD4BP antigen is another term for the human protein nuclear receptor subfamily 5 group A member 1, encoded by the NR5A1 gene. The protein is known to be a type of transcriptional activator. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 461 residues and a mass of 51.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is found to be highly expressed in the adrenal cortex, the ovary, the testis, and the spleen.
