Anti-2P1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the 2P1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NDUFAF3 gene, which encodes NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase complex assembly factor 3. This protein is known to be an important factor for the assembly of mitochondrial NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase complex (complex I). The human version of 2P1 has a canonical amino acid length of 184 residues and a protein mass of 20.4 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and mitochondria of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for 2P1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
