Anti-EAP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target EAP is a known alias name of the protein ribosomal protein L22, encoded by the RPL22 gene in humans. This 128-amino acid residue protein is a known component of the large ribosomal subunit. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. The term HBP15 is another synonym for EAP.
