Anti-DOA10 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DOA10 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MARCHF6 gene, which encodes membrane associated ring-CH-type finger 6. This protein is known to function in protein ubiquitination, among other biological roles. The human version of DOA10 has a canonical amino acid length of 910 residues and a protein mass of 102.5 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebral cortex, stomach, and breast. Indicated applications for DOA10 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
