Anti-CPF8 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CPF8 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CYP4F8 gene, which encodes cytochrome P450 family 4 subfamily F member 8. This protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. The human version of CPF8 has a canonical amino acid length of 520 residues and a protein mass of 60 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells and notably expressed in the small intestine, seminal vesicle, rectum, duodenum, and colon. This target antigen may also be known as CYPIVF8. Indicated applications for CPF8 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
