Anti-ANKRD65 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ankyrin repeat domain 65. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 399 amino acid residues and a mass of 41.5 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the bronchus and fallopian tube. Synonyms for this target antigen include ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 65. ANKRD65 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog and chimpanzee species. These Ankrd65 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
