Anti-ENDAP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ENDAP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the LAMTOR2 gene, which encodes late endosomal/lysosomal adaptor, MAPK and MTOR activator 2. This protein is known to function in MAPK cascade signaling pathways and protein localization, among other biological roles. The human version of ENDAP has a canonical amino acid length of 125 residues and a protein mass of 13.5 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the lysosomes and membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. ENDAP is a member of the GAMAD protein family.
