Anti-ECA6 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ECA6 antigen is another term for the human protein calcium voltage-gated channel subunit alpha1 H, encoded by the CACNA1H gene. The protein is known to function in muscle organ development, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 2353 residues and a mass of 259.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is reported to be expressed in the adrenal glomerulosa. The ECA6 protein is a member of the Calcium channel alpha-1 subunit (TC 1.A.1.11) protein family. Other alias names for ECA6 include CACNA1HB and Cav3.2. Indicated applications for ECA6 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
