Anti-CT34 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CT34 antigen is another term for the human protein dickkopf like acrosomal protein 1, encoded by the DKKL1 gene. The protein is known to be involved in fertilization by facilitating sperm penetration of the zona pellucida. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 242 residues and a mass of 27 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasmic vesicles and is secreted. It is expressed in the testis.
