Anti-C-BAS/HAS antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target C-BAS/HAS is a known alias name of the protein HRas proto-oncogene, GTPase, encoded by the HRAS gene in humans. This 189-amino acid residue protein is reported to be involved in activation of Ras protein signal transduction. It is localized to the cell membrane, Golgi, and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated, palmitoylated, acetylated and glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for C-BAS/HAS include C-H-RAS and C-HA-RAS1. Western Blot is a widely used application for the C-BAS/HAS antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
