Anti-BCL7 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target BCL7 is a known alias name of the protein BAF chromatin remodeling complex subunit BCL7A, encoded by the BCL7A gene in humans. This 210-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chromatin remodeling and the regulation of cell differentiation, among other biological processes. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. The term SMARCJ1 is another synonym for BCL7. Indicated applications for BCL7 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
