Anti-BAL3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the BAL3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PARP15 gene, which encodes poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase family member 15. This protein is known to function in the regulation of gene expression and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of BAL3 has a canonical amino acid length of 678 residues and a protein mass of 74.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. BAL3 is a member of the ARTD/PARP protein family. Indicated applications for BAL3 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
