Anti-ALXR antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ALXR antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FPR2 gene, which encodes formyl peptide receptor 2. This protein is known to function in cell adhesion and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of ALXR has a canonical amino acid length of 351 residues and a protein mass of 39 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the colon and duodenum. Other names for this target antigen include ALX and FMLP-R-II. Indicated applications for ALXR antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
