Anti-ADGF antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ADGF antigen is another term for the human protein adenosine deaminase 2, encoded by the ADA2 gene. The protein is reported to be an adenosine deaminase that may contribute to the degradation of extracellular adenosine, a signaling molecule that controls a variety of cellular responses. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 511 residues and a mass of 58.9 kilodaltons. It is a secreted protein and it is notably expressed in blood plasma. The ADGF protein is a member of the Adenosine and AMP deaminases protein family. Other alias names for ADGF include CECR1. A number of ADGF antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
