Anti-ARK3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ARK3 is a known alias name of the protein aurora kinase C, encoded by the AURKC gene in humans. This 309-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell division and protein phosphorylation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. Other synonyms for ARK3 include AIE2, AIE2, and AIK3. Western Blot is the most common application for the ARK3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
