Anti-ANKK2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ANKK2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RIPK4 gene, which encodes receptor interacting serine/threonine kinase 4. This protein is known to function in NF-kappaB signaling pathways and protein phosphorylation, among other biological roles. The human version of ANKK2 has a canonical amino acid length of 832 residues and a protein mass of 91.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the esophagus and stomach. This target antigen may also be known as ANKRD3.
