Anti-ADPRTL3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ADPRTL3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PARP2 gene, which encodes poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 2. This protein is known to function in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair, among other biological roles. The human version of ADPRTL3 has a canonical amino acid length of 583 residues and a protein mass of 66.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebral cortex and testis. ADPRTL3 is a member of the ARTD/PARP protein family. Indicated applications for ADPRTL3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
