Anti-ACTRII antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ACTRII antigen is another term for the human protein activin A receptor type 2A, encoded by the ACVR2A gene. The protein is known to function in the regulation of cell differentiation, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 513 residues and a mass of 57.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The ACTRII protein is a member of the TKL Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. Other alias names for ACTRII include ACVR2. Western Blot is the most common application for the ACTRII antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
