Anti-ACVR1A antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ACVR1A antigen is another term for the human protein activin A receptor type 1, encoded by the ACVR1 gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 509 residues and a mass of 57.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and it is reported to be expressed in normal parenchymal cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts and tumor-derived epithelial cells. The ACVR1A protein is a member of the TKL Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. Other alias names for ACVR1A include ACTRI and ACVRLK2. Western Blot is the most common application for the ACVR1A antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
