Anti-ASNA-I antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ASNA-I is a known alias name of the protein guided entry of tail-anchored proteins factor 3, ATPase, encoded by the GET3 gene in humans. This 348-amino acid residue protein is a member of the ArsA ATPase protein family. It is localized to the nucleus, ER, and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for ASNA-I include ARSA-I, ARSA1, and ASNA-I. Indicated applications for ASNA-I antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
