Anti-ADIR2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ADIR2 is a known alias name of the protein nucleoporin 98 and 96 precursor, encoded by the NUP98 gene in humans. This 1817-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in the nuclear pore complex (NPC) assembly and/or maintenance. It is localized to the nucleus and membrane of the cell and features cleaved post-translational modifications. Indicated applications for ADIR2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
