Anti-ABC41 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ABC41 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ABCD4 gene, which encodes ATP binding cassette subfamily D member 4. This protein is known to function in transmembrane transport, among other biological roles. The human version of ABC41 has a canonical amino acid length of 606 residues and a protein mass of 68.6 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER and lysosomes of cells and notably expressed in the testis, soft tissue, skin, kidney, and fallopian tube. This target antigen may also be known as EST352188. Western Blot is the most common application for the ABC41 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
