Anti-APCL antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target APCL is a known alias name of the protein APC regulator of WNT signaling pathway 2, encoded by the APC2 gene in humans. This 2303-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in GTPase activation and cell migration, among other biological processes. It is localized to the Golgi and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. The term MRT74 is another synonym for APCL. Indicated applications for APCL antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
