Anti-RNF153 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RNF153 is a known alias name of the protein membrane associated ring-CH-type finger 5, encoded by the MARCHF5 gene in humans. This 278-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in protein ubiquitination, among other biological processes. It is localized to the mitochondria and ER of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the brain, heart, liver, lung, spleen, stomach, testis, skeletal and muscle. Other synonyms for RNF153 include MARCH-V and MITOL. Indicated applications for RNF153 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
