Anti-RZF antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RZF antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ZNF385A gene, which encodes zinc finger protein 385A. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and DNA damage pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of RZF has a canonical amino acid length of 386 residues and a protein mass of 40.5 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells.
