Anti-Pat-1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Pat-1 antigen is another term for the human protein amyloid beta precursor protein binding protein 2, encoded by the APPBP2 gene. The protein is known to function in intracellular protein transport and protein ubiquitination, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 585 residues and a mass of 66.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types.
