Anti-OLF antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the OLF antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TMTC1 gene, which encodes transmembrane O-mannosyltransferase targeting cadherins 1. The human version of OLF has a canonical amino acid length of 882 residues and a protein mass of 98.8 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER and membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. OLF is a member of the TMTC protein family.
