Anti-Rvb1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Rvb1 is a known alias name of the protein RuvB like AAA ATPase 1, encoded by the RUVBL1 gene in humans. This 456-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the cell cycle, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for Rvb1 include ECP-54, ECP54, and INO80H. Western Blot is the most common application for the Rvb1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
