SnRNP-F, or Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide F, is a human gene encoded by SNRPF. It may also be known as: Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein F; Sm protein F; Sm-F; SmF. The encoded protein has an amino acid length of 86 and a mass of 9.7 kDa. SnRNP-F is a member of the SnRNP Sm proteins family, SmF/LSm6 subfamily. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat, Zebrafish, Frog, Chicken.
