Anti-ZNF506 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 506. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 444 amino acid residues and a mass of 51.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF506 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF506 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Some ZNF506 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
