Anti-TCGAP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TCGAP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ARHGAP33 gene, which encodes Rho GTPase activating protein 33. This protein is known to function in protein transport, among other biological roles. The human version of TCGAP has a canonical amino acid length of 1287 residues and a protein mass of 137.2 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. TCGAP is a member of the PX domain-containing GAP protein family. Indicated applications for TCGAP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
