Anti-PKCL antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PKCL is a known alias name of the protein protein kinase C eta, encoded by the PRKCH gene in humans. This 683-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell differentiation and intracellular signal transduction, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in the lung, less in the heart and skin. Western Blot is the most common application for the PKCL antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
