Anti-FBW8 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FBW8 is a known alias name of the protein F-box and WD repeat domain containing 8, encoded by the FBXW8 gene in humans. This 598-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell proliferation and cilium assembly, among other biological processes. It is localized to the Golgi and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for FBW8 include FBW6 and FBX29. Indicated applications for FBW8 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
