Anti-D-AKAP2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target D-AKAP2 is a known alias name of the protein A-kinase anchoring protein 10, encoded by the AKAP10 gene in humans. This 662-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in protein localization and signal transduction pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the mitochondria and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebral cortex, urinary bladder, and appendix. The term D-AKAP2 is another synonym for D-AKAP2. Western Blot is the most common application for the D-AKAP2 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
