Anti-PDH antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene PDP1, or 'pyruvate dehyrogenase phosphatase catalytic subunit 1' in humans. The 537-amino acid protein is a member of the PP2C family. The cellular localization is predicted to be mitochondrial.
