Anti-Nbcn1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Nbcn1 is a known alias name of the protein solute carrier family 4 member 7, encoded by the SLC4A7 gene in humans. This 1214-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in transmembrane transport, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the testis and spleen. Other synonyms for Nbcn1 include NBC2 and NBC3. Indicated applications for Nbcn1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
