Anti-Rabin3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Rabin3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RAB3IP gene, which encodes RAB3A interacting protein. This protein is known to function in cilium assembly and exocytosis, among other biological roles. The human version of Rabin3 has a canonical amino acid length of 476 residues and a protein mass of 53 kilodaltons, although 8 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells. Other names for this target antigen include SSX2 interacting protein and rabin-3.
