Anti-GC1qR antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GC1qR antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the C1QBP gene, which encodes complement C1q binding protein. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and immune response pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of GC1qR has a canonical amino acid length of 282 residues and a protein mass of 31.4 kilodaltons.
