Anti-TMLD antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TMLD is a known alias name of the protein trimethyllysine hydroxylase, epsilon, encoded by the TMLHE gene in humans. This 421-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Gamma-BBH/TMLD protein family. It is localized to the mitochondria of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for TMLD include AUTSX6 and BBOX2. Indicated applications for TMLD antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
