Anti-LXRb antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target LXRb is a known alias name of the protein nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group H member 2, encoded by the NR1H2 gene in humans. This 460-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a nuclear receptor that exhibits a ligand-dependent transcriptional activation activity. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features sumoylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for LXRb antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
