Anti-MATH2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MATH2 is a known alias name of the protein neuronal differentiation 6, encoded by the NEUROD6 gene in humans. This 337-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in neuronal development and the regulation of transcription, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and caudate.
