Anti-LPP3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target LPP3 is a known alias name of the protein phospholipid phosphatase 3, encoded by the PLPP3 gene in humans. This 311-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in Bergmann glial cell differentiation and blood vessel development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for LPP3 include Dri42 and PAP2B. Indicated applications for LPP3 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
