Anti-PRL1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PRL1 is a known alias name of the protein pleiotropic regulator 1, encoded by the PLRG1 gene in humans. This 514-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in pre-mRNA splicing as component of the spliceosome. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.
