Anti-PP1G antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PP1G antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PPP1CC gene, which encodes protein phosphatase 1 catalytic subunit gamma. This protein is known to function in the cell cycle, among other biological roles. The human version of PP1G has a canonical amino acid length of 323 residues and a protein mass of 37 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm of cells. This target antigen may also be known as PP1C. Indicated applications for PP1G antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Western Blot.
