Anti-ENH antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ENH antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PDLIM5 gene, which encodes PDZ and LIM domain 5. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization and cardiac tissue development, among other biological roles. The human version of ENH has a canonical amino acid length of 596 residues and a protein mass of 63.9 kilodaltons, although 7 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as ENH1. Indicated applications for ENH antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
