Anti-EDF-1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The EDF-1 antigen is another term for the human protein endothelial differentiation related factor 1, encoded by the EDF1 gene. The protein is known to function in endothelial cell differentiation and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 148 residues and a mass of 16.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in the brain, liver, lung, kidney and heart. Indicated applications for EDF-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
