Anti-Hevin antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Hevin is a known alias name of the protein SPARC like 1, encoded by the SPARCL1 gene in humans. This 664-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in signal transduction pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the extracellular matrix and is secreted of the cell and features O-glycosylated post-translational modifications. Indicated applications for Hevin antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
