Anti-FUR1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the FUR1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the UPRT gene, which encodes uracil phosphoribosyltransferase homolog. The human version of FUR1 has a canonical amino acid length of 309 residues and a protein mass of 33.8 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells. FUR1 is a member of the UPRTase protein family. ELISA and Western Blot are common applications for FUR1 antibodies.
