Anti-Fbx3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Fbx3 is a known alias name of the protein F-box protein 3, encoded by the FBXO3 gene in humans. This 471-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a substrate recognition component of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein)-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, SCF(FBXO3), which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. Other synonyms for Fbx3 include FBA and FBA. Indicated applications for Fbx3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Western Blot.
