Anti-NSAP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NSAP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SYNCRIP gene, which encodes synaptotagmin binding cytoplasmic RNA interacting protein. This protein is known to function in RNA splicing and osteoblast differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of NSAP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 623 residues and a protein mass of 69.6 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus, ER, and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include GRY-RBP, GRYRBP, and HNRNPQ. Western Blot is the most common application for the NSAP1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
